Alannah Phelan, MD
After completing a 6-year residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Massachusetts followed by an Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital (MEETH), female plastic surgeon Dr. Alannah Phelan returned to Boston to join Boston Plastic Surgery.
