Your appointment at Boston Plastic Surgery is very important to us. It is a time scheduled exclusively for you and our provider. Please review the following policies to ensure that there are no surprises should you not make it to your appointment.
Credit Card on File
We ask that all Boston Plastic Surgery and Skin Wellness Center clients have a credit card on file for our cancellation, “no-show”, and late policies, and to facilitate your checkout process.
New Skin Wellness Center Consultation Reservation
A new Skin Wellness Center Consultation fee is $100. The consultation includes a comprehensive skin analysis and treatment plan by one of our expert providers. As a courtesy, if you schedule a service within 30 days, the fee will be applied towards the cost of the service. The fee will be applied for no-show or late cancellation appointments when applicable.

Appointment Deposit
Non-Surgical Procedures
To secure your preferred appointment day and time, we require a $50 deposit which can be applied to any nonsurgical treatment or product within one year.
New Patient Surgical Consult Fee
For new patients coming for a surgical consultation, we require a $200 deposit which can be applied towards their surgical procedure.
New Patients Seeking Revision Surgery
For new patients coming for a consultation for revision surgery, we require a $350 deposit which can be applied towards their revision procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment with our Skin Wellness Center is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or cancelled.
We respectfully ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to change the day or time. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, the $100 reservation fee will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you do not come to your scheduled appointment or cancel within 48 hours, the $100 reservation fee will be forfeited.
Late Policy
We have reserved specific time needed for your appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so there is no impact on the next scheduled patient. If we are unable to see you at the time you arrive, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a later day/time.
MiraDry, Coolpeel, Sofwave, Vivace
To schedule a MiraDry, Sofwave or Vivace procedure, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We understand that appointments may need to be changed. We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 3 business days in advance of your appointment if you need to change the day or time of your procedure. If you call to reschedule within 3 business days, there will be a $250 rebooking fee.
