Your appointment at Boston Plastic Surgery is very important to us. It is a time scheduled exclusively for you and our provider. Please review the following policies to ensure that there are no surprises should you not make it to your appointment.
Credit Card on File
All patients are asked to provide a credit/debit card on file.
Consultation Fees
New Patient Surgery Consult $200
New Patient Surgical Revision Consult $350
Nonsurgical Consult $100
The nonsurgical consult fee can be applied towards the cost of any nonsurgical treatment scheduled within 30 days of the consult. We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your consult fee will be forfeited if you do not come to your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
Late Policy
We have reserved specific time needed for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to see you and ask you to reschedule your appointment to a later day/time.
CoolPeel, miraDry, Sofwave, Vivace
To schedule a CoolPeel, miraDry, Sofwave, or Vivace procedure, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We understand that appointments may need to be changed. We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 3 business days in advance of your appointment if you need to change the day or time of your procedure. If you call to reschedule within 3 business days, there will be a $250 rebooking fee.
